These Terms & Conditions govern the rights and obligations between the Seller and the Buyer when purchasing goods through the online store www.lunastore.cz.

II. Information about goods and prices
Descriptions of goods, photographs and prices are stated next to each product in the online store.
All prices are final and listed in Czech crowns (CZK). The price does not include shipping costs, which are shown during checkout.

The offer of goods is for information purposes only. The seller reserves the right to update the offer and prices.
All products are handmade. Minor variations in appearance, color or shape are not considered defects.

III. Orders and conclusion of the contract
The Buyer may order goods without registration or through a user account.
An order is created by submitting the order form in the online store.
The Seller confirms receipt of the order by e-mail. The contract is considered concluded upon confirmation.

The Buyer is responsible for providing correct and complete information required for delivery and invoicing.
The Seller is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect information provided by the Buyer.

The Seller may refuse the order in the following cases:
– suspicion of fraudulent activity,
– obvious error in price,
– goods not available.

In such a case, the Buyer will be informed and the payment will be refunded.

IV. Payment Terms
The Buyer may pay the price:
– online by payment card (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay) via PayU,
– by bank transfer to the Seller’s account.

Payment terms:
– online payments immediately,
– bank transfer within 7 days of order confirmation.

The Seller does not issue proforma invoices.

V. Delivery and shipping
Goods are usually dispatched within 2–4 working days after payment is received.

Available delivery options:
– Česká pošta
– Balíkovna
– Zásilkovna
– Nova Post (NP Europe)
– Personal pickup in Ostrava (if available)

The delivery price follows the current price list of the carrier and is shown during checkout.

Upon receiving the shipment, the Buyer must check the package. In case of visible damage, it is recommended not to accept the parcel or to fill out a complaint report with the carrier.

VI. Withdrawal from the contract
The Buyer – consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.

The Buyer must send the withdrawal notice by e-mail to the Seller.
The Buyer must send the goods back within 14 days of sending the withdrawal notice.
The cost of returning the goods is borne by the Buyer.

The Seller will refund the money within 14 days using the same payment method used by the Buyer, but not before receiving the returned goods.

Withdrawal is not possible in the case of goods:
– that have been lit or visibly used,
– damaged or contaminated by the Buyer,
– made to the customer’s specifications.

For candles: minor shape changes caused by storage or heat are not grounds for withdrawal.

VII. Defective performance (claims)
The Seller is responsible for defects present at the time the goods are handed over to the Buyer.
The warranty period is 24 months from receipt.

The Seller will decide on the claim within 3 working days, with settlement within 30 days.

The Buyer may request:
– repair,
– replacement,
– reasonable discount,
– contract withdrawal (in case of a substantial defect).

The following are not considered defects:
– aesthetic variations typical for handmade products,
– defects caused by improper storage (heat, sunlight),
– defects caused by improper use of the candle.

VIII. Personal data (GDPR)
The processing of personal data is governed by the document "Privacy Policy (GDPR)" available at www.lunastore.cz.

IX. Out-of-court dispute resolution
The consumer may resolve disputes out of court through:

Out-of-court dispute resolution is free of charge.

X. Final provisions
Legal relations between the Seller and the Buyer are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
The Seller is not bound by any codes of conduct.

The Seller reserves the right to change these Terms & Conditions. The valid version is always available on the website.
