How you can pay for your order
Online card payment (PayU)
Fast and secure payment with Visa and Mastercard through the PayU payment gateway. We start processing your order immediately after successful payment.
Bank transfer
Payment is made to the bank account specified in your order confirmation. We dispatch your order after the payment has been credited to our account.
Cash on delivery
Pay when you receive your parcel. Cash on delivery availability depends on the selected delivery method.

We deliver orders using trusted delivery services: Balíkovna, courier delivery (Czech Post / courier), personal collection in Ostrava and Nova Post.
Free delivery on orders over 1,000 CZK
Free delivery applies to orders of 1,000 CZK or more within the Czech Republic.
The delivery price for orders within the Czech Republic is always displayed in the shopping cart.
For orders outside the Czech Republic, delivery costs may vary. For international delivery, we recommend contacting us so we can suggest the most suitable option.

For orders outside the Czech Republic, delivery costs are calculated individually depending on the destination country, weight and dimensions of the parcel. Please contact us for an exact delivery price.

Orders over 1,100 CZK — free
Orders under 1,100 CZK — according to the current delivery rate.
Courier delivery directly to the address provided in your order.
Personal collection in Ostrava
Personal collection is available by prior arrangement.
