Delivery and payment methods

Goods ordered from the Luna online store are usually prepared for shipment immediately after payment is received in our bank account.

It usually takes 2–3 business days after receipt of payment to prepare and ship your order.

Delivery

Balíkovna ČR

Delivery is carried out throughout the Czech Republic via the Balíkovna service.

Delivery cost: 75 Kč without collection for parcels up to 15 kg

Delivery cost: 95 Kč (cash on delivery)

Nova Post CZ - Shipments between branches

💶 Cash on delivery — payment in cash at the Balíkovna pickup point or to the courier upon delivery.

💳 Bank card (Visa / MasterCard, Apple Pay, Google Pay) — secure online payment during checkout (via PayU).

📦 Card payment upon pickup — available at selected Balíkovna pickup points (depending on equipment).
 

All our candles are covered by a 12-month legal warranty. The warranty applies only to manufacturing defects (e.g., faulty wick, major deformation, or issues with burning).

The warranty does not cover natural wear during use, improper storage, or damage caused by incorrect handling.
 

ou may return the goods within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason.

Returned products must be undamaged, unused, and in their original condition, suitable for further sale.

For hygiene and safety reasons, candles that have been lit or show any signs of use cannot be returned.
