Returns and Exchanges

Thank you for shopping at LunaStore. If the product does not meet your expectations, you can easily return or exchange it under the conditions below.

1. Return within 14 days

You are entitled to return the product within 14 days of receiving it without giving any reason.

Return conditions:

  • the product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition,

  • the product must be suitable for resale,

  • candles must not be lit or show any signs of use (for hygiene and safety reasons),

  • we recommend returning the product in its original packaging to prevent damage during transport.

How to return:

  1. Contact us at luna.teamcz@gmail.com and provide your order number.

  2. We will send you the return address and instructions.

  3. Once we receive the undamaged product, we will refund your money within 14 days.

Note: Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

2. Exchange

If you wish to exchange a product (for example, for another scent or style), we will be happy to assist.

How the exchange works:

  1. Contact us at luna.teamcz@gmail.com.

  2. We will confirm availability of the replacement product.

  3. You send the original product back according to our instructions.

  4. We dispatch the replacement once the original item is received.

The same conditions apply as for the 14-day return period.

3. Claims (Warranty Issues)

Our products are covered by a 24-month legal warranty, which applies only to manufacturing defects, such as:

  • faulty wick,

  • significant deformation caused during production,

  • other defects that affect proper use.

The warranty does not cover:

  • natural wear during use,

  • damage caused by improper storage (e.g., heat, sunlight),

  • candles that have been lit — these are consumable items.

How to submit a claim:

  1. Email us at luna.teamcz@gmail.com.

  2. Attach a photo of the defect and your order number.

  3. We will process the claim within up to 3 days.

4. Refunds

Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original order, unless agreed otherwise.
